Online Appointment Request Tips

- If you are requesting for a certain technician, please put a note in your appointment request as Square Appointment doesn't indicate if the requested appointment was randomly assigned to that technician or customer have requested a service with that particular technician. If there is no separate note requesting for a certain technician, the booking with that particular technician CANNOT be guaranteed. 

- Please, be mindful not to overbook. If you need any help with online appointment, feel free to contact us during our normal business hours. 

- As of January 1st, 2023, we will be strictly enforcing our existing cancellation/no-show policy.  Please read our cancellation policy as it is provided to you on this website as well as on Square Appointment Agreement while making an online appointment. By making an appointment, on or offline, you are bound and have agreed to our cancellation/no-show policy.
