Cancellation Policy

As of January 1st 2023, we will be strictly enforcing our last minute cancellation policy.

Please understand we are operating with limited staff due to the employee shortage and we want to continuously ensure our clients are receiving optimal care.

Therefore, any cancellation within less of 24 hours of the appointment time, in addition to last minute downgrade/change(s) of service will result in 50% charge of the original booked service(s) without further notice. A no-show will result in 100% charge of booked service without further notice.

In case of appointment cancellation or change:

Appointment within the 24 hours time frame must CALL and speak DIRECTLY to us during our designated business hours. No voice messages, emails, or personal text after business hours.

Appointment not within 24 hours, you are more than welcome to change online on your own or over the phone.
